Sweets and Dreams Bakery is a home-based Bakery. My hope is to bring unique sweet treats to the Roanoke Valley. My menu is a work in progress so is most likely to constantly change as I find my groove. If you have a sweet treat that you want but can't seem to find anywhere ... please get in touch and I will see what I can do. I love trying new things and discovering new tastes!
Meet the Maker
Rebecca has been making Sweets since she was a wee one, but started getting paid to do it over 20 years ago. She has a passion to make luscious desserts and sweet treats that make people smile.
She started decorating cookies for a boutique cookie shop in Bethesda, MD. Then worked at a local bakery decorating cakes right before venturing to the Culinary Institute of America(CIA) to learn all the in's and out's of Baking & Pastry. Upon graduation she has been working consistently in the Food Service industry making cakes, cookies, breads and even ice cream.
In 2021 she decided it was time to give it a shot and open her own bakery, producing delicious food the way she wanted. The focus is on taking the time to make food the right way with the best possible ingredients.

Sweets & Dreams Bakery is a home based kitchen and operates under the Virginia Cottage Food Law. State law requires me to let you know that I bake in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the Virginia Department of Health. I promise you that every possible action is taken to insure sanitary and clean conditions. Your sweet treats contain or may contain the following allergens: Wheat, Eggs, Nuts, Corn, Dairy, Soy. Not produced in a nut free kitchen.
